About the Role

Analyst Interns at Redstone will join a client-team with senior Redstone consultants, participating in team meetings, doing real client work, and gaining unmatched exposure to clients and senior leaders. Each intern will perform research, analyze data, develop concrete solutions, and practice communicating those results. Mentoring and apprenticeship are vital, fostering critical thinking, communication, process, and relationship-building skills. Interns will also participate in social events and office community days.

Requirements

  • Graduating from an academic program in the year following Internship and able to accept full-time employment if offered
  • Extraordinary academic track record
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to connect with and influence people
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with analytically intensive coursework, especially statistics, data science, or financial modeling
  • Strong interest in social impact issues including education, climate and environment, racial and economic equity, human services (e.g., homelessness, food security), public health, and democracy
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • A growth mindset and commitment to professional development
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
