About the Role
Every great decision at Superhuman starts with data, and this role is responsible for making that possible. We're hiring a Director of Product, Data Products to lead the team that turns raw signals into our competitive advantage. - 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a PM leadership role
- Experience building products in a B2B SaaS environment with enterprise customers

- Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers love and that demonstrably improve business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects
- Analyzes and executes work efficiently
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
- Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

- Extreme Ownership: Act as if 100% responsible for own outcomes and company outcomes.
- Results Driven: Work tirelessly in pursuit of results; take initiative and own it when results are off; course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.
- AI-First Operator: Embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. Model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
- Customer-Centered Innovator: Redesign experiences to create AI-native magic — delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
