About the Role

We are looking for a builder to elevate how Equinix identifies, engages, and converts new opportunities, designing the automations and AI-powered systems that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline generation across both demand generation and sales development motions. You will operate with high agency, embedded day-to-day with the Sales Development, Sales and Marketing teams you support, grounding every build in what your stakeholders need to be successful. You serve as the bridge between their domain expertise and the GTM AI program.

Responsibilities

  • Build deal signal detection and next-best-action systems that surface the right insight for AEs at the right moment in the deal cycle.
  • Develop meeting preparation, automated follow-up, and deal approval workflows that eliminate administrative work.
  • Create partner pipeline, co-sell coordination, and value case automation that removes friction from partner and commercial selling motions.
  • Serve as the builder for ideas that originate in the field, turning seller, marketer, or customer success manager insights into production-ready solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to individuals across the GTM organization who are building their own agents and automations, helping them mature solutions.
  • Work closely with business context experts to understand process, friction, and intended outcome before building.
  • Partner with the engineering and IT organization on more technically complex builds, bringing GTM context and business requirements.
  • Run data-driven experiments on GTM workflows and automations, measure impact, and scale what works.
  • Ensure every solution deployed is built to last, with appropriate guardrails around cost, performance, and operational sustainability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in a production environment.
  • Track record of writing business logic, designing solution architecture, and shipping reliably at pace.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to build, troubleshoot, and iterate on complex workflows.
  • Strong proficiency and experience integrating across GTM systems, CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, data enrichment, and intent tooling.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design applied to real revenue workflow problems.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales and partner platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, partner relationship management platforms, Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence, and value engineering tooling.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions, how deals move through a complex sales cycle, what an AE spends time on, and where deals stall.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem operations, co-sell mechanics, and partner attribution models.
  • Understanding of value engineering and business case development in an enterprise sales context.
  • Commercial bias: evaluate every workflow against the revenue outcome it was designed to drive.
  • Curiosity and an experimental mindset, approach GTM problems like a detective, test hypotheses, and iterate based on data.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and confidently about technical topics with non-technical stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • 10 or more years in a combination of GTM engineering, sales operations, sales, revenue operations, or a technical role embedded within an enterprise sales organization.
  • Prior experience building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Experience working within or alongside a CRO organization with direct accountability to pipeline velocity or deal conversion outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM automation and enrichment platforms such as Clay, n8n, Glean, Agentforce, or similar agentic workflow tools is a strong plus.
