About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and communications team by delivering high-quality projects for internal clients. This role involves exposure to diverse marketing tactics, including social media, digital content, and firm events, with a focus on project coordination, client service, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and workflow of marketing requests across the firm
  • Maintain and update project schedules using Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate project timelines and updates to team members and stakeholders
  • Perform document reviews and proofreading to ensure quality control
  • Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing materials
  • Manage departmental invoices, print production, and delivery of marketing collateral
  • Support day-to-day activities and special projects

Requirements

  • University or college diploma, preferably in marketing or communications
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a project coordinator or marketing role
  • Prior exposure to a professional services or B2B environment is an asset
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
  • Successful completion of background and reference checks, including criminal and credit checks
