About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and communications team by delivering high-quality projects for internal clients. This role involves exposure to diverse marketing tactics, including social media, digital content, and firm events, with a focus on project coordination, client service, and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake, tracking, and workflow of marketing requests across the firm
- Maintain and update project schedules using Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate project timelines and updates to team members and stakeholders
- Perform document reviews and proofreading to ensure quality control
- Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing materials
- Manage departmental invoices, print production, and delivery of marketing collateral
- Support day-to-day activities and special projects
Requirements
- University or college diploma, preferably in marketing or communications
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a project coordinator or marketing role
- Prior exposure to a professional services or B2B environment is an asset
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
- Successful completion of background and reference checks, including criminal and credit checks
