About the Role
As an entry-level position, you will be responsible for processing funds and information for clients' employees' welfare and pension plans, ensuring they receive their entitled benefits. This critical role involves accurate and timely data entry into our systems.
Responsibilities
- Enter employer deposit and member personal information and work history data accurately.
- Meet deadlines and work well under pressure, especially during peak volume periods.
- Work cohesively with peers, assisting them when needed.
- Maintain professionalism with all contacts, including management, staff, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client files and data.
- Adhere to specific rules and standards for protecting information.
- Perform additional duties such as filing, photocopying, assisting with mass mailings, managing forms inventory, handling new member packages, drug card processes, eligibility feed file rejections, and custodian address changes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to enter a high volume of information quickly and accurately.
- Good customer service skills.
- Team-oriented and cooperative with co-workers, consultants, and departments.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn corporate processing systems.
- Demonstrated flair for detail.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
