About the Role

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, creating energy and excitement around products and services. They excel at building and deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions to exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
  • Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques.
  • Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding to help customers self-serve.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems.
  • Review personal results, current promotions, and updates to remain customer-ready.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best customer experience.
  • Partner with nearby store locations for customer onboarding.
  • Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Carry keys, secure kiosk and assets, and report lost items.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales.
  • Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships.
  • Perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail.
  • Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Salary/Compensations

  • Hourly Base Pay: $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
  • Annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.
  • All employees guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
