About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Verify and prepare parts orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Receive customer payments, process credit card transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Obtain delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and required documentation for all deliveries.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory shipments.
• Support parts ordering by maintaining inventory levels and communicating stock shortages.
• Process customer returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with Parts Department personnel regarding schedules, requests, and order status.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company delivery vehicles and report maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to all dealership policies, safety standards, traffic regulations, and union work rules.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Support parts counter operations during peak business periods.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment within the Parts Department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
