About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager leads the strategic development, execution, and optimization of go-to-market strategies for insurance products and digital experiences. This role bridges the gap between insurance plan design and tech innovation, translating market intelligence into actionable product requirements and high-impact messaging to drive growth and member engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle from concept to launch and member adoption.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact and represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional forums.
- Transform complex technical frameworks into clear, motivating narrative structures and value propositions.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Research teams to synthesize insights into actionable product requirements.
- Guide external vendors and agencies to ensure creative content aligns with strategic product truths.
- Create and maintain B2B and D2C enablement strategies, including playbooks, battlecards, and training materials.
- Track and report on product-specific KPIs such as adoption rates, conversion deltas, and engagement metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Product Marketing toolkit and provide peer mentorship.
- Ensure all marketing materials and product claims comply with healthcare regulations and state-filing requirements.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, including driving go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Demonstrated experience in feature-to-benefit translation, persona development, and drafting multi-channel messaging.
- Experience presenting GTM strategies and market insights to cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in managing complex project timelines and coordinating asset production with creative teams.
- Ability to use data to measure GTM success, including conversion deltas, adoption rates, and member sentiment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
