About the Role

The Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) is a field-based leadership role responsible for coaching a clinical nurse educator team focused on educating healthcare professionals about a new HIV PrEP therapy. The RCM ensures team execution, meets metrics, and fosters strong customer relationships. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to achieve training, compliance, and development objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Foster the Momentum Life Sciences culture in a field-based team.
  • Provide team leadership and management, including hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff.
  • Be a cultural and diversity champion, ensuring high emotional intelligence in field clinical nurse educators.
  • Provide effective coaching to enable business results.
  • Identify and address team developmental needs.
  • Coach field-based teams on quality execution, time management, and relationship building.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce turnover and fill vacancies.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation and planning for strategic goals.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all systems and tools used by field clinical nurse educators.
  • Set measurable objectives for field clinical nurse educators to enhance performance.
  • Manage talent identification, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, developing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating team members.
  • Ensure field clinical nurse educators use provided digital omnichannel support tools.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through consistent use of core processes.
  • Ensure all team operations comply with Momentum Life Sciences, client, and industry regulations.
  • Audit field clinical nurse educators for compliance, process, and data accuracy.
  • Provide timely and effective coaching to address deviations.
  • Ensure virtual audits are completed as applicable.
  • Ensure all staff follow Momentum Ways of Working.
  • Formulate and implement territory strategies.
  • Allocate and manage field clinical nurse educator staffing by territory.
  • Facilitate data-based assessments of execution and territory performance.
  • Achieve quality and safety requirements by auditing work performance.
  • Actively monitor and use data from PBI dashboard for coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, reimbursement, and client partner teams.
  • Serve as a liaison with Momentum Life Sciences Client Solutions and cross-functional internal partners.
  • Communicate the value and performance of field clinical nurse educators to management and clients.
  • Create effective partnerships within the field clinical nurse educator team.
  • Participate in client training and share market insights.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve Client & Internal SLAs/KPIs.
  • Ensure quality monitoring volume and standards are met.
  • Participate in creating and managing quarterly ICP goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical field management experience.
  • Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN or NP).
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with pharmaceutical business acumen.
  • Demonstrated experienced competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms.
  • Foster a strong culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Demonstrated skill in communication, strategic analysis, leadership, team building, coaching, and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the team.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and effectively communicate complex information.
  • Proven adaptability to changing market and business demands.
  • Ability to communicate, recruit, retain, motivate, and develop team members.
