About the Role

Stripe is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and senior managers through scale, create an environment where Stripes of all backgrounds can thrive, align business strategy with people strategy, and use data to develop best practices from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, guiding and enabling them in aligning business and people strategies to optimize user and Stripe experience.
• Collaborate, develop, and drive cross-functional programs to advance Stripe's People Strategy.
• Leverage data, insights, and craft to inform strategy, structure, and program design, promoting organizational health and productivity.
• Advise and coach leaders and managers on organizational design, change management, and other key initiatives focused on efficiency, collaboration, and decentralized decision-making.
• Support leaders in executing global talent and organizational planning, identifying and investing in critical talent, and planning for future business needs.
• Promote a culture guided by operating principles, elevating the caliber and kindness of Stripes and improving ways of working together.
• Support the Leadership team and organization through continued growth and evolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations.
• Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to drive and align their people strategy and increase business results.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proven ability to design clear processes.
• Detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels.
