About the Role
You will join the engineering team to build the core commerce and clinical journey, including the e-commerce stack, consultation engine, patient and prescription systems, and order generation. You will focus on the customer-facing side of the system, ensuring clean, responsive, and accessible interfaces while collaborating with the backend team to ship features end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing journeys using React and TypeScript for the storefront and consultation experience.
- Ship features end-to-end by working across the Python/Flask backend and frontend.
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and clinical product trustworthiness.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations teams.
- Own features from development through to production.
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on experience building production React/TypeScript interfaces.
- Ability and willingness to work in a Python/Flask backend.
- Strong understanding of component structure, state management, performance, and testing.
- High bar for correctness and detail in a clinical product context.
- Clear written communication skills for PRs and documentation.
- Comfortable using AI agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex.
- Approximately 3-6 years of experience building software in production.
