About the Role
Partner with the Head of AI Engineering to lead and implement AI education across global teams, reducing adoption resistance and driving measurable business impact in Trading, Technology, and Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI education for employees across trading, technology, and business operations teams.
- Design and develop training programs in collaboration with global stakeholders for one-off sessions and curriculum-based programs.
- Build and support a network of local trainers across offices, including train-the-trainer programs.
- Establish and leverage strategic partnerships with content and training firms.
- Develop and implement metrics to track training program impact.
- Translate employee learning experiences into product input for the internal AI Platform.
- Manage executive-level stakeholders and advocate for AI adoption.
- Create demos, workflows, and training materials for AI systems and tooling.
- Design learning experiences that change behavior and transfer knowledge.
- Focus on upskilling employees to unlock revenue and productivity.
- Drive progress through others, translating concepts across varying AI fluency levels.
- Manage senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Operate effectively in high-stakes problem spaces with incomplete information.
- Transition between big-picture framing and concrete detail.
Requirements
- Technically credible and hands-on understanding of AI systems and tooling.
- Understanding of how people adopt new technologies.
- Pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to employee upskilling.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes problem spaces.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Experience as a tech evangelist, developer relations lead, or platform advocate, ideally for AI or developer tooling.
- Experience designing and delivering technical education programs at scale, including train-the-trainer models across multiple regions.
- Exposure to AI-native firms or trading, fintech, or high-performance technology environments.
