About the Role
We are dedicated to making homes carbon-free and are a rapidly growing Climate Tech startup in Europe, backed by prominent VCs. We offer tailored solutions for homeowners to implement energy-efficient renovations, building the infrastructure for climate-neutral living.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize SHK projects from planning to acceptance.
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and partner companies.
- Ensure quality, deadlines, and costs.
- Conduct technical coordination with clients, planners, and architects.
- Develop solutions and support offer preparation.
- Lead and professionally develop own teams.
Requirements
- Completed training as a technician or master SHK, or alternatively an experienced journeyman (m/f/d) with extensive practical experience.
- Experience in offer preparation and tenders.
- Sound technical knowledge in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology.
- Independent, structured way of working and leadership competence.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Driver's license class B.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
