About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the technical direction of our platform, building high-quality features, influencing system architecture, and ensuring we deliver an efficient, robust, and delightful product to thousands of customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and customers to understand problems, translate them into elegant technical solutions, and influence both product and technical strategy for long-term success.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-impact solutions that are clean, scalable, and built to last.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and customers to define product features and technical implementation.
Maintain, optimize, and secure systems for optimal performance at scale.
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges.
Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and improving team's technical capabilities.
Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices to evolve the technology stack and processes.
Take full ownership of work from initial concept to production, ensuring user value delivery.

Requirements

Advanced skills with Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and modern frontend frameworks like Vue/Nuxt or React/Next.
Deep, hands-on expertise delivering production-grade applications using modern JS/TS best practices.
Proven ability to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
Strong experience with MongoDB and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
Skilled in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code.
Proficient with testing tools like Jest and Cypress.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers.
Focus on customer impact and understanding how features improve user experience and meet business goals.
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and provide constructive feedback.
