About the Role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Senior FX Dealer for a growing financial/FX company focused on simplifying trading complexities and delivering excellence globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company trading risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFD products.
• Oversee execution quality, liquidity management, and hedging processes.
• Configure and administer MT5, cTrader, and Centroid trading environments.
• Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures.
• Analyze trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities.
• Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes.
• Prepare and present dealing, risk, and performance reports to senior management.
• Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior dealers.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in dealing, risk management, or brokerage environment.
• Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin.
• Strong experience with cTrader.
• Strong experience with Centroid.
• Strong understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models.
• Deep knowledge of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets.
• Experience managing liquidity, exposure, and trading risk.
• Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations.
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
