About the Role

SWTCH is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support the expansion of its Operations team. This role is crucial for managing daily procurement and shipment tasks, from forecasting to working with logistics partners, and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal inventory systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in packing items and booking shipments for timely and secure deliveries.
• Coordinate the efficient reception of shipments, ensuring all goods are accounted for and in good condition.
• Generate and analyze inventory and forecasting reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overages.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering) and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, carriers).
• Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
• Adapt to change within a fast-moving work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced operations team.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment, highlighting adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Experience in procurement processes, demonstrating an understanding of sourcing, negotiations, and supply chain management.
• Prior involvement in inventory management.
• Holds a valid, unrestricted Class G2 driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds with mechanical assistance.
