About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to evolve existing systems, stabilize technical processes, and implement new requirements pragmatically. This role is crucial for developing our software solutions and technical processes, which are central to our company and client promise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal software solutions (Angular/PHP/MySQL), interfaces, and connected satellite systems.
• Analyze production problems, bugs, and technical challenges systematically and develop sustainable, pragmatic solutions.
• Actively contribute to the further development of existing systems, technical processes, and infrastructure topics (AWS), bringing in own ideas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other departments to concretize requirements and translate them into technically sound solutions.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team to ensure long-term system maintainability and stability.

Requirements

• Independently develop productive applications in the frontend (Angular) and backend (PHP/MySQL).
• Ability to integrate confidently into existing systems.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and technical interrelationships.
• Initial experience with infrastructure or cloud topics (AWS).
• Ideally, experience with Swift / mobile app development.
• Understanding of quality, testing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing as a natural part of professional software development.
• Ability to communicate confidently in German (minimum B2 level) within the team and with departments.
• Comfortable with technical documentation, tools, and communication in English.
