About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer ready to lead discovery, design, and shipping. In this role, you will craft seamless and intuitive experiences, collaborating closely with Engineering. You will leverage AI to prototype, implement, and iterate faster while maintaining high quality. This is a key, cross-functional role at the heart of collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, tests, and product data analysis to identify friction points in adoption and engagement.
  • Translate insights into clear improvement opportunities across the entire product journey.
  • Validate learnings using qualitative and quantitative data (engagement, adoption, activation rates).
  • Design elegant and effective solutions focused on clarity, productivity, and user value.
  • Work on product areas with high impact on adoption and engagement: onboarding, approval workflows, notifications, team collaboration.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Tomorro design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Deliver your own improvements (from small UI/UX fixes to scoped features), not just handoffs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team (pair when useful, align early, unblock quickly) and contribute via Git (branches, PRs).
  • Utilize Claude/Cursor (and similar tools) to accelerate prototyping, implementation, and refactors while maintaining top quality.
  • Work in short loops: instrument, QA, release, measure, iterate.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and Customer Success & Sales teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Clearly explain design choices and rally stakeholders around key decisions.
  • Influence without authority and foster a strong collaborative culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in product discovery: capable of conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Comfortable contributing to the front-end (React, Tailwind, or equivalent) and using Git (branches, PRs, reviews).
  • Previous experience using Claude/Cursor to prototype and implement faster while maintaining quality.
  • Strong product mindset: able to formulate clear problems and arbitrate between usability, impact, and feasibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of measurable improvements in adoption or engagement.
  • Fluent in French and English.
