About the Role
This role is with a global commercial real estate advisory firm founded in 1978, with a mission to positively impact people's lives by creating vibrant buildings, cities, and places that deliver long-lasting social value and economic impact. Responsibilities
- Produce monthly/quarterly client reports and attend client meetings.
- Collaborate with in-house Data teams to maintain up-to-date lease data.
- Address occupier queries regarding rent, service charges, and other management matters.
- Manage tenant liaison and formal Landlord and Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications, and providing energy usage details.
- Liaise with the FM team on daily maintenance, repair, and operational issues for properties.
- Handle rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Work with the sustainability team to implement ESG best practices.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Set up new properties/instructions.
- Report to a team Director.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy office environment, preferably in property management.
- Strong desire to learn and gain experience in property management.
- Landlord and Tenant experience.
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
- Ability to fully integrate into the team.
- High degree of commerciality and experience with development business and existing clients.
- Experience in a professional services environment, working with blue-chip companies.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel and other IT platforms like PowerPoint and PDF editors.
