About the Role
Legora is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the delivery of high-impact features and scalable systems. You will own technical solutions from design through production, driving innovation while collaborating across Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and ship new features with a focus on speed, quality, and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle from ideation to release
- Champion automation and process improvements to accelerate delivery
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards
- Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a history of shipping impactful features in complex systems
- Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern development practices
- Proven ability as a technical leader and mentor
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Advocate for continuous delivery, automation, and process efficiency
