About the Role
As a Vendor Management Reporting Analyst, you will help build standardized, effective performance metrics and SLAs. You will ensure consistent reporting and compliance tracking for key strategic vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures to implement and monitor vendor performance metrics and SLAs
- Monitor vendor performance results against contracted service levels
- Perform routine evaluations of vendor performance and software adherence
- Build and update ServiceNow dashboards for real-time access to vendor performance
- Prepare and present regular and ad hoc vendor performance and compliance reports
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to present data-driven findings and recommendations to collaborators
- Proven track record in vendor management
- Experience working cross-functionally with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel minimally, up to once a quarter
