Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to assist clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. This role involves providing meaningful companionship and support to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Run errands and grocery shopping
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Experience caring for seniors or disabled adults preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active car insurance required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-in and documentation
