About the Role
Prepare and distribute training and match day kit for the Women’s players and employees.
Responsibilities
- Wash and maintain all training and match day kit.
- Print and allocate training kit for all players at the beginning of and during each season, maintaining accurate records.
- Allocate and print kit for all Women Team’s employees at the beginning of and during each season.
- Coordinate transporting match kit to home and away games.
- Ensure all respective kit areas are kept neat and tidy.
- Maintain exemplary housekeeping standards both at home and away venues.
- Process the order of new kit for the Women’s Team, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist the Kit Department as and when necessary at CPFC.
- Work on all training days and travel to home & away fixtures.
- Uphold and promote the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities.
Requirements
- A full clean driving license and ability to drive a kit van.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build trusted working relationships.
- Organized individual with experience of working within a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
- Undergo relevant security checks, including a comprehensive background check and Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
