  • Lead and mentor a growing team of in-house marketers and contractors.
  • Partner with the CEO and COO on brand positioning, market expansion, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a compelling, consistent brand identity across platforms.
  • Oversee the content calendar, managing content strategy for blogs, emails, video, print, and social.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with the firm’s values, voice, and mission.
  • Drive growth through paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Manage website performance, conversion optimization, and analytics reporting.
  • Develop and maintain automated marketing workflows using AI, CRM, or marketing platforms.
  • Partner with the Sales and Intake teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead conversion.
  • Develop marketing collateral and client journey touchpoints to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee reputation management, online reviews, press releases, and media outreach.
  • Develop strategies to position the firm’s attorneys as thought leaders in key legal niches.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor marketing, and audience insights.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to support digital transformation and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Experience in Immigration, professional services, or a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in digital strategy, branding, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership and client-facing teams.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Required to speak Spanish.
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting, viewing screens, or working in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.
