About the Role
This role focuses on delivering new business wins within the Pubs channel of the Away from Home (AFH) market. You will proactively identify, develop, and secure new key accounts, building partnerships and converting prospects into long-term customers. Reporting to the Channel Lead on Pubs, you will collaborate with the AFH Team and contribute to the company's 10-year strategic growth plan.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new national and regional accounts within the Away From Home channel.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospects and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Create tailored commercial proposals and value propositions that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with Culinary and Marketing teams to create and deliver best-in-class selling materials.
- Act as a trusted partner by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions using the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
- Represent Kraft Heinz across industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or other commercial management experience.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management skills are essential.
- Ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions.
- Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility required to build relationships between external customers and internal functions.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Fluency in English.
