About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Executive to join the Regional Wholesale team within our Away From Home business. This role is critical in driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships and executing strategic plans. You will manage multiple Wholesale Buying Groups & Independent Wholesalers, identify new business opportunities, and maintain high customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to develop commercial skills, work with internal stakeholders, and build external customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Profitably grow account portfolio through distribution optimization and best-in-class engagement/execution.
- Close core listing gaps and launch innovation.
- Engage wholesalers through tradeshows, supplier days, and other executions.
- Serve as the main business contact for accounts, interacting and influencing internal stakeholders.
- Support the Channel Lead with forecasting and performance management by sharing data analysis, customer knowledge, and identifying risks/opportunities.
- Assist the team with cross-functional projects, system optimization, and day-to-day wholesale account management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or other commercial management experience.
- Essential customer relationship management skills, including the ability to sell commercial propositions.
- Sound negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and personal credibility to build relationships with external customers and internal functions.
- Ability to manage a wide scope with multiple customers & projects; prioritization is essential.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, engagement sessions, and trade shows.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluency in English.
