About the Role

Kraft Heinz has an exciting opportunity for a Customisation Executive to support the UK & Ireland business. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of customer and channel customisation requirements across categories and customers including displays, packs, and cases. The position has a strong project management focus and requires close cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects from concept through to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customisation projects for assigned initiatives, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time execution (e.g., displays, packs, cases).
  • Ensure new customisation SKUs are fit for purpose, tested, compliant, and delivered to agreed customer standards and timelines.
  • Manage adherence to customer guidelines by partnering with internal teams and external agencies across design, artwork, and critical path activity.
  • Brief suppliers in a timely and clear manner, ensuring requirements are communicated effectively and approvals are secured internally and externally.
  • Coordinate master data setup for all new customisation SKUs, ensuring accurate and timely creation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collate costings for new customisation SKUs and support the internal approval process in line with required procedures.
  • Maintain the accuracy of pre-filled display catalogue data, ensuring information remains current and reliable.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience Level

  • Ideally 1–3 years’ experience within FMCG (or a closely related environment).

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
