About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Roche Diagnostics, you will be the strategic link bringing innovations directly into the heart of our healthcare system. You will actively shape the future of diagnostics by understanding complex customer needs, helping to provide faster and more precise patient care, and transforming visions into tangible results for market success.
Responsibilities
- Manage a key customer in the Berlin area.
- Develop and ensure successful implementation of customer-specific strategies.
- Plan, control, and monitor business development within your area.
- Conduct thorough competitive analyses.
- Initiate and lead cross-functional sales activities.
- Lead national teams without direct reporting authority to success.
- Actively contribute ideas for the further development of business field strategies.
- Participate in forward-looking projects.
- Mentor new colleagues during their onboarding.
- Take responsibility for a specialized topic, such as coagulation or tenders.
Requirements
- Completed degree in natural sciences, engineering, medicine, or business administration, or a comparable scientific-technical education.
- Several years of sales experience in the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the diagnostics market and its legal framework.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing complex projects.
- Experience in leadership within matrix structures.
- Professional, credible, and engaging demeanor.
- Social competence to integrate people and find solutions collaboratively.
- Interest in building collaborative and long-term customer relationships.
- Proficient in Office programs and CRM tools for transparent documentation of successes.
