Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and senior consulting leaders.
  • Assist senior team members with tasks related to divisional growth, such as proposals and marketing material.
  • Prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal management.
  • Deepen specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills.
  • Hone project management skills, leadership abilities, and aptitude for managing multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, consultancy mindset.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkers.
  • Focus on exceptional quality in all deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
  • Ability to identify and seek needed information / research skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.
  • High-energy, positive, and persuasive.
  • Aptitude to lead by example.
  • US Citizenship is required.
