Responsibilities
- Manage or lead in an Early Years/Nursery environment.
- Coach and develop a team of staff.
- Improve performance within the nursery setting.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
- Proven experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment with a coaching approach to developing a team of staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
- Proven experience and evidence of improving performance.
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders.
- A passion for childcare and child development.

- Up to £39,075
