Responsibilities

• Sets direction for policies, standards, and guidelines on strategy development and planning.
• Drives strategy execution, collaborating with functional heads to achieve strategic objectives.
• Establishes and improves operational processes, including automation opportunities.
• Oversees the development, communication, and implementation of the strategic planning and management process.
• Ensures management and integration of functions, systems, and processes for financial and operational efficiencies.
• Identifies pursuit opportunities and senior relationships for profitable and sustainable growth.
• Investigates and recommends areas for investment, growth, and innovation.
• Provides expert advice to Senior Executives to optimize strategic planning processes.

• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets.
• Extensive experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing.
• Familiarity with various IT platforms.
• Extensive working experience in a strategic leadership and management position.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.
