About the Role
This role contributes to the planning, execution, and post-production of all Raptive events, focusing on experiences for prospective creators, publishers, partners, and advertisers. The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive communicator, and a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the planning, logistics, and execution of Raptive-owned events across audiences and teams
- Managing guest registration, attendee communications, and travel coordination
- Serving as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment across internal teams, vendors, production partners, and stakeholders
- Supporting the onsite guest experience by coordinating hospitality operations, catering, staffing, entertainment, production crews, and vendor execution
- Researching venues and hospitality locations while supporting event production planning and operational timelines
- Managing event marketing inventory, branded materials, gifting, and event shipping logistics
- Creating operational documents, staff schedules, run-of-shows, and training materials
- Coordinating programming materials and presentation logistics
- Supporting event budgets through expense reporting, invoice coordination, payment tracking, and budget administration
- Maintaining attendee data, registration tracking, and post-event reporting and analysis
- Providing on-site operational support at events, including troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Traveling to support a minimum of 12 events annually
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer and/or B2B events
- Experience working with content creators in the media space is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to travel frequently and work onsite during events
Skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating elevated guest experiences
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing logistics across multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice coordination, and expense reporting
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills are a plus
