About the Role

Paraco Gas, a leading propane distribution company, seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through creative and analytical campaign management across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
• Produce high-quality content for internal and external communications and work with designer to ensure designs are in alignment with Company’s brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign execution
• Proven track record of driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the energy or utilities industry is a plus
