About the Role
Leads the production team to meet daily production goals in alignment with company policies and quality system.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily production activity
- Prepare and maintain production documents, shipping log and inventory
- Inspect orders
- Create and inspect labels
- Collaborate with manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals
- Implement production operations to meet prescribed productivity and quality goals
- Anticipate problem issues before they arise and take corrective action
- Coach the production team towards common objectives
- Apply sound motivational and correctional techniques
- Assign specific duties to personnel to achieve daily productions goals
Requirements
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Computer Skills
- Bilingual
