About the Role

Drives Services order growth through a defined portfolio of strategically selected Services partners and, where applicable, Product BU–managed partners. Delivers profitable growth by activating partners, building pipeline, and ensuring predictable execution and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement the country Services partner strategy and programs, aligned with global guidance and country Services marketing support.
  • Design clear KPIs that turn partner activity into accountable, outcome driven high performance.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to optimize market and account coverage.
  • Define each partner’s scope of coverage and communicate the delegation model clearly.
  • Negotiate, sign, and manage partner agreements and program participation for the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Establish annual growth targets with each assigned partner and drive execution against those targets.
  • Build, qualify, and accelerate pipeline with partners through joint planning, partner/customer visits, campaigns, and events.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to support partner opportunities and deliver high-quality commercial proposals.
  • Monitor performance and remove blockers through regular partner reviews and clear escalation management.
  • Support partners in building skills and capabilities to sell and deliver Schneider Electric Services offers.
  • Oversee the quality of partner-led execution for delegated end users, ensuring customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.
  • Promote and drive adoption of Schneider’s digital ecosystem within the partner portfolio.
  • Provide monthly forecast updates and quarterly business outlook for the assigned scope.
  • Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm: partner business reviews, pipeline reviews, and quarterly coverage/prioritization alignment.
  • Contribute to the 3-year business plan in collaboration with Product BUs and Country Channel leaders.
  • Drive consistent usage of the required tools for opportunity and funnel management and partner performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel / intermediaries business with end-user exposure.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within Services.
  • Strong understanding of Schneider Electric Services offers across the Asset Management lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with C-level customers.
  • Proven matrix collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools.
