About the Role

Cogna is building an AI-powered Software Factory for critical industries to create bespoke digital tools. This role focuses on owning the application surfaces our customers interact with directly, ensuring they can easily build and deploy applications for their own customers. The position requires a commercially-minded, user-focused Product Manager to drive feature development and deepen enterprise customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs through deep customer discovery and translate them into roadmap and strategy decisions.
• Identify high-value opportunities for customer teams to increase their use of Cogna and build more.
• Leverage product-market fit and business strategy, including the Series B path, to prioritize user flows.
• Ship MVPs and iterate based on feedback and usage to maximize user and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and ship intuitive features.
• Manage delivery hands-on, keeping development teams aligned and tracking progress in Linear.
• Make decisions with limited customer data, relying on research and intuition.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management with experience in both 0→1 work and scaling in high-growth environments.
• Experience in a scale-up environment (mid-to-large company) and understanding of scaling journeys (e.g., through Series B/C).
• Strong commercial awareness, connecting product priorities to the company's commercial path.
• Experience building for enterprise customers and understanding their approach to experimentation and satisfaction.
• Comfortable using AI tooling for prototyping and rapid development.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and remain effective with low signal.
• Experimentation mindset with agility to try, measure, and adapt quickly.
• Possess a well-rounded set of product management skills.
