About the Role

Quality Control Technicians are responsible for maintaining quality-assurance processes, testing products, and recording/analyzing results during product development, manufacturing, and delivery. They ensure adherence to best production practices and product quality standards, while monitoring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are crucial for this role, which requires obtaining ACI & TxDOT Certifications.

Sampling and Testing Concrete
Maintain Quality
Quality Limits and Non-Compliance
Job site Control Functions
Slump Control Procedures
Investigation of abnormal test results
Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Report Drafting
Conduct Inspection of Plants and Fleets
Proportioning of Concrete Mix Designs/Trial Batches
Processing and Filing Test Results
Laboratory Procedures
Statistical Evaluation of Strength Data
Specification Review
Assist with Implementation of QMS
Implementation of personnel Training Programs
Analyze, Review and Adjust Mix Designs

Requirements

Must obtain ACI & TxDOT Certifications
Minimum 2 years industry experience, preferably in concrete production, testing/quality control
Availability Monday thru Saturday
