About the Role

As a Working Student (m/f/d) Sales, you will support the organization by keeping the threads perfectly together behind the scenes. You will independently process incoming orders, keep an overview of invoice control, and ensure a smooth interface with accounting. With your eye for detail, you will support budget updates and administrative daily business, helping to prepare figures transparently. Responsibilities

Independently process incoming orders and ensure smooth processing from order receipt to delivery.
Check invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines.
Work in close coordination with the Finance team, ensuring clean communication between Sales and Accounting.
Support the maintenance and updating of budget overviews and help prepare figures transparently and comprehensibly.
Take on administrative and organizational tasks in the daily business of the Sales team.

Requirements

Enrolled student, ideally in a business-related field (Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, etc.).
Structured, careful work style with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
Affinity for numbers and a good understanding of commercial processes.
Proficient in Google Drive.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Procuros, GAIA, Seeburg, DATEV) is a plus.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Team spirit, initiative, and a reliable work ethic.
