About the Role
This position is responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize sales performance and productivity. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, analytical and project management skills, and a passion for optimization. If you love digging into data to find the "why" behind operational bottlenecks and enjoy building scalable solutions in our CRM, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Analyze & Optimize Processes: Continuously evaluate existing sales workflows, mapping out bottlenecks using data-driven insights to design and execute high-impact process improvements.
- Drive Data & Analytics: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- CRM & Systems Optimization: Partner closely with our HubSpot team to translate business and process requirements into technical workflows, automated sequences, and custom properties.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, local Market teams, Finance, and Legal to ensure proper capturing of the business requirements and system and process alignment.
- Enablement & Documentation: Ensure high platform and process adoption by creating clear, structured documentation and delivering hands-on training for the sales team on new tools and workflows.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Maintain the health of our sales data through proactive audits, monitoring automated data flows, and ensuring consistent reporting standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting.
- A genuine passion for data interpretation and problem-solving; you instinctively look for the story and trends behind the numbers.
- Ability to work effectively within CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) — building reports, dashboards, and views to support analysis and process work.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, HubSpot AI features) to accelerate documentation, analyze datasets, automate manual tasks, or optimize workflows.
- Proven experience analyzing, mapping, and re-engineering business workflows to save time and reduce manual effort.
- Ability to manage your own project queues and timelines independently, including coordinating with immediate stakeholders and delivering operational updates and outcomes on time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or data concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to documenting processes so they are transparent and scalable for all stakeholders.
- Thrive supporting and communicating with cross-functional teams to achieve their goals through smarter tooling.
- Naturally curious, quick to adopt new tools, and always looking for smarter ways to automate repetitive tasks.
