About the Role
Buena is seeking a GTM Lead to collaborate with the CCO on developing and executing the M&A pipeline. This role involves identifying acquisition targets, managing outbound campaigns, and ensuring comprehensive visibility into potential transactions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration of the funnel driving Buena's acquisitions.
- Design and implement a detection layer for identifying potential acquisition targets, including sources, signals, and automation.
- Manage the full GTM stack, including outbound, inbound, partnerships, paid initiatives, content, and events.
- Develop proprietary market intelligence on the German property management landscape.
- Report directly to the CCO and participate in key M&A discussions.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2) proficiency.
- High degree of structure and obsession with data quality.
- Resourceful research skills using various sources like Handelsregister, Northdata, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Ability to move fast and iterate on deliverables.
- Desire to learn the M&A craft from an internal perspective.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an in-office role.
- Proven experience in building an outbound or sourcing motion from scratch, including databases, campaigns, deal pipelines, or recruiting funnels.
- Understanding of how to turn cold leads into conversations and ensure list completeness and accuracy.
