About the Role

As a starting Product Manager at BeFrank, you will leverage your pension knowledge to develop products and services. This role combines your expertise in pensions with the opportunity to grow as a Product Manager within an innovative pension provider. You will work with experienced colleagues to improve products and services, using your understanding of the pension landscape to identify complexities and ensure changes are implemented effectively across processes, customer communication, work instructions, and tooling. You will contribute to product modifications, process improvements, and implementations, gaining experience in product development and realization.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and completion of improvements and implementations, from initial idea to handover for management.
Assist in clearly documenting processes, agreements, and requirements, such as in product specifications, work instructions, and release notes.
Identify opportunities to make services or chain processes smarter, simpler, or more customer-friendly and contribute ideas for improvements.
Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to gather input, develop requirements, and monitor progress.
Contribute to testing, acceptance, and smooth handover to ensure changes are effectively integrated into the organization.
Support colleagues in sales, service, and operations with practical product and process questions.
Ensure actions, ownership, and documentation are properly followed up in meetings and work sessions.

Requirements

Knowledge of the pension world and a desire to apply this expertise in a role focused on development and improvement.
Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
Enjoyment of collaborating with others to work out issues and drive changes.
Ability to translate substantive knowledge into clear agreements, requirements, and practical documentation.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
Affinity for project-based work and collaboration with IT or scrum teams.
Experience with agile/scrum is a plus.
