About the Role

The SPECHT KALLLEJA + PARTNER ARCHITEKTEN GmbH is seeking an Architect/Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for Project Management in Industrial Construction, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Take on project management tasks for the holistic planning and implementation of complex industrial construction projects (according to § 33 HOAI, service phases 1-9).
• Coordinate and manage internal and external planning participants (architects, specialist planners).
• Communicate with other project stakeholders (clients, authorities, etc.).
• Plan, monitor, and control project-relevant influencing factors (qualities/quantities, deadlines, costs, and communication).
• Review planning results for compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in object planning (service phases 1-9, § 33 HOAI).
• Experience with ALLPLAN / REVIT.
• Interest in the further development of BIM standards.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented communication skills.
• High awareness of costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Proficient handling of the legal project environment (HOAI, building planning and building code law).
