About the Role
This role involves supporting and executing real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, and managing due diligence processes. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating urban development agreements, and overseeing corporate housekeeping for project companies.
Responsibilities
- Transaction support and execution in the acquisition and sale of real estate in asset and share deals
- Support of due diligence processes, including independent legal initial assessment of projects
- Review and creation of contracts in real estate law (purchase, lease, and service agreements)
- Negotiation of urban development agreements in close coordination with public bodies and project participants
- Corporate housekeeping for project companies, including shareholder resolutions and commercial register maintenance
- Coordination and management of external legal advisors and quality assurance of legal opinions and statements
- Support in the further development of internal contract standards and processes
Requirements
- Completed studies in business law, ideally with a focus on real estate management
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, and contract law
- Experience in supporting real estate transactions
- Knowledge in the area of urban development agreements and building planning law is desirable
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working with a strong quality awareness
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork ability
- Fluent German and good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office
