About the Role
As a key liaison between operations units and functional teams, you will optimize business operations, drive new product introductions, manage product lifecycles, and mitigate risks like backorders. This role is crucial for supporting business strategy and smooth execution, contributing to overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary communication hub between Operations Units (OU) and functional teams (Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Channel Management) to drive efficiency and optimization.
- Manage logistics operations, including shipment schedules, allocation planning, and coordination with logistics partners, ensuring timely product supply based on business priorities.
- Effectively manage backorders (BO), identify potential risks, prioritize shipments, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics operations for new product introductions and product phase-ins/phase-outs in alignment with marketing strategies and distribution plans, minimizing operational disruption.
- Execute daily operations, including confirming shipment quantities, providing allocation instructions, and handling inventory and logistics-related inquiries.
- Respond promptly to operational challenges such as SAP issues and logistics claims, implementing effective solutions and collaborating with relevant teams for stabilization.
- Execute logistics strategies during peak periods like quarter-end to support delivery and sales targets.
Requirements
- Project management experience.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate smooth coordination with related departments.
- Analytical skills to identify risks and derive optimal solutions within complex business processes.
- Intermediate English proficiency (able to conduct business communication), TOEIC score of 740 or higher.
- Bachelor's degree.
