About the Role
We are hiring a marketing manager to own the B2C employee journey, from first touchpoint to active membership. You will be the hands-on operator responsible for exceptional email campaigns and building new successful channels and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own the B2C journey, managing the experience, numbers, and results.
- Plan, write, build, and send email campaigns that drive action.
- Build creative and engaging campaigns to reach and engage members.
- Become the expert on products, educating customers and reporting on resonance.
- Write and build email campaigns across various subjects.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and build sequences to drive product usage.
- Brainstorm and plan in-person activations to engage potential customers.
- Present B2C numbers to the SLT and explain resulting changes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing.
- Demonstrable experience of owning and executing campaigns end-to-end.
- Enjoy campaign ideation and building new CRM sequences.
- Strong design eye and good instinct for quality messaging and customer experience.
- Comfortable across the full marketing mix, not just a single channel.
- Enjoy creating from scratch and are energized by a blank slate.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Fix problems without waiting for direction.
- Self-direct well and manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently.
- Natural influencer who works across departments without direct authority.
- Keep people informed, flag issues early, and improve team collaboration.
- Use data to drive decisions, interpret data, and explain results.
