About the Role
Drive the evolution of digital trust as a senior product leader within Equifax ANZ. You will lead a high-performing team to manage a critical identity portfolio in our Fraud and ID segment, leveraging our $3 billion cloud-native investment to protect millions of consumers and businesses. This is a unique opportunity for a commercial product head to shape national-scale infrastructure during a period of significant regulatory transformation. As the Head of Product (Identity), you will lead the Identity product team, a high-velocity group focused on utilising our cloud-native "Data Fabric" to deliver market-leading trust solutions. You will balance people leadership with the strategic delivery of our ANZ identity ecosystem, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the digital economy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of product managers, driving high performance and proactively identifying talent to build a world-class product function.
- Define and execute the multi-year vision for the Identity portfolio, aligning with global EFX strategic priorities and the ANZ roadmap.
- Conduct deep research into customer needs and industry trends to identify and validate high-potential opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Own the financial performance of the identity portfolio, managing investments and budgets to ensure attainment of revenue and margin objectives.
- Drive the identification of new opportunities and provide expert consultation on commercial models, packaging, and pricing decisions.
- Lead the "Build, Buy, Partner" decision-making process for identity products and oversee the creation of robust business cases for executive approval.
- Collaborate with technical management on resource allocation and trade-offs to ensure the execution of the product development process.
- Support the transition toward unified identity models and the regional implementation of the Digital Identity Exchange.
- Navigate regional policy shifts, including the Digital ID Act, to ensure product compliance and market readiness.
- Act as a thought leader, delivering executive-level presentations and visual communications to convey the product vision to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management and roadmap prioritisation
- 3+ years of experience leading product teams and influencing individuals in a highly matrixed environment across multiple portfolios.
- A track record of operating a product with a reliable delivery cadence and successfully managing product efforts on time within a complex organisation
- Proven experience managing product financial performance, including P&L, investments, and budgets.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based products (SaaS), showing a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Skilled at translating complex customer needs into detailed product requirements using tools like Aha, JIRA, or Figma.
- Expertise in leading through influence and navigating complex organizations to deliver product efforts on time.

- Design Thinking for innovation, including empathy mapping, prototyping, and rapid iteration.
- Identity, Fraud, or trust-based product landscape (e.g., verification workflows, KYC, or AML solutions).
- Biometric matching, liveness detection, or advanced fraud-prevention technologies.
