About the Role
Support high school students and their guardians through counseling, selection exams, interviews, pre-departure preparations, and post-departure follow-ups for high school exchange programs. This role is ideal for those who wish to support the future of Japan, work in a global environment connecting Japan and the world, and develop skills through flexible, autonomous work.
Responsibilities
- Contact individuals who have requested information (individual counseling, invitations to various events).
- Plan and manage various events such as information sessions and selection tests.
- Screen program participants (conduct interviews and written exams).
- Prepare and conduct pre-departure orientations.
- Provide airport support on departure day.
- Communicate with local staff.
- Support program participants during their stay abroad.
- Plan and manage post-return parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Practical experience in B to C business (sales, customer service, customer support, etc.).
- English proficiency sufficient for internal meetings.
- Full fluent Japanese proficiency.
