About the Role
In your role as (Junior) Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with the Acquisition and Sales team to identify new investment opportunities and support their integration into the MYNE portfolio. MYNE Homes invests in residential and holiday properties (individual properties and portfolios) across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing market analysis and validation of regional acquisition profiles.
- Search for suitable properties and build an acquisition pipeline.
- Coordinate with sellers, brokers, and developers regarding property documents and viewings.
- Review property data and create profitability calculations and property presentations.
- Prepare investment proposals and present them to decision-makers.
- Support transaction processing.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a similar field.
- Ideally, have initial experience in real estate, transaction management, controlling, or finance.
- Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and structured working method.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Very good MS Office skills are required.
