About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be the key to making customers feel welcome and help to create the atmosphere needed to deliver a great gaming experience. Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors, and walls.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer actions and behavior, noting suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and successfully.
• Provide customer service in line with company standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Interact with customers and intervene as necessary, logging all interactions.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
• Achieve, maintain, and impart product knowledge to customers.
• Gain a good understanding of company policies and procedures regarding safeguarding and challenge 25.
• Actively discourage harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.

• Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or gambling environment.
