About the Role

We are seeking experienced Service Representatives to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets, focusing on Secure Power and Power Systems. You will minimize downtime and maximize reliability, enjoying high-quality training, team support, engaged management, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Completing a variety of field service tasks across the NSW region and nearby locations
  • Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Commissioning, site testing, system / firmware upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshooting
  • Providing technical support and specialist advice to Customers
  • Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhere to other internal processes
  • Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements

Requirements

  • A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License
  • Current Drivers License
  • Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
  • A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter
  • Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
  • Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application
